OBSERVATION

• DURING THE 1ST YEAR WHEN THE COMPANY SERVED TO 2 CUSTOMERS


THERE WERE ONLY 24 EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY BUT SINCE NOW ITS
TARGET IS IN TOTAL 7 CUSTOMERS IT IS CLEAR THAT THE COMPANY HAS TO
INCREASE THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO SERVE THOSE
ADDITIONAL 5 CUSTOMERS.
• THE COMPANY HAS TO INCREASE ITS EMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO SERVE THE
ADDITIONAL 5 CUSTOMERS

THE CASE OF THIS COMPANY THE C.E.O WOULD DECIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF
EMPLOYEES NEEDED.
