Role of a Super-Agent
Super-Agents must inform agents of which locations are suitable for the business and
that the location that represents LuckyBet well. No agent location can be allocated
without LuckyBet approval.
• Super-Agents must provide training to the Agents and their cashiers in
accordance with LuckyBet training manual, product training, training in how to
run the business in a profitable way and how to behave in accordance with the
LuckyBet guidelines for customer engagement and LuckyBet corporate
governance regulations,
• All shops staff need to conduct themselves in accordance with the behavior
guidelines and in accordance with the corporate governance rules, set by
LuckyBet.
• Guiding Agents on identifying a suitable shop,
• Continue to inspect the shops to ensure they are keeping the set standards for
shop quality set by LuckyBet,
• Ensure that all locations are well branded,
• Ensure that all locations do not violate proximity guidelines; 0,5 meter / 10 min
walking distance between the shops,
• Ensure agents are trading at least 6 days per week,
Commission.
A Super-Agent commission paid based on shops directly managed by the Super-
Agent of 6% of the network profit, calculated as;
(sum of network shop GGR – sum of paid commission to the network of shops) * 6%
The Super-Agent will be paid in addition to the commission a flat fee of 10 000 ngn for
each trading shop he/she activates, the 10 000 ngn will be paid when the shop is fully
branded and has commenced trading.
LuckyBet’s Commitment
It is LuckyBet’s obligation to do marketing of the brand in each states and jurisdiction
i.e Road show, Radio Jingle, Billboard Advert etc.
This above stated commission is subjected to review at any time as the case may
warrant either upward or downward on the organization discretion.
Disputes that cannot be resolved by the Super-Agent within 7 days must be escalated to
LuckyBet Head Quarter.
In witness whereof the parties aforementioned have executed the agreement as follows;

Appendix 1 (Targets)
The targets are STAKES set as an average for each shop size. LUCKYBET retain the rights
to negotiate individual targets with the individual shops based on shop particulars; area
density, competitor density etc.
We assume that each Super-Agent will have at least two mini shops, two standard
shops and 1 mega shop in their network and their weekly handle will be at least;
