Employer Branding and Retention Strategies

The target audience for this chapter is degree student who take course of human resource
management. In this chapter, student will learn about 2 things which is employer branding
and retention strategies. The instructor first will explain the learning objectives of the lecture
which is to understand about what employer branding is. Secondly, the instructor will
explain and discuss about employee retention. In employer branding, the definition of it will
be explain further. Instructor will give explanation why do we need to do employer branding
and its’s importance. The second part would be employee retention. The instructor will
explain what retention factors in an organization are, generally. Next is multigenerational
workforce. One company will be taken as an example which is Deloitte to explain further
about employee retention. The discussion and explanation will be done with a wrap of some
important key points in this chapters.
