= c‘j CONSTITUTION: A shaft 14 is constructed between

= 10 brackets 13 protruded from wheels 5 in a reclaimer,
buckets 6 are pivoted to this shaft 14 by pivoting at
the counterpivoting central part, and cams 15, 15 are
tightly fixed by staggering their phases. And stoppers
16, 16 are pivotally fixed to traversing frames 4 at
the position opposite to the cams 15, 15, the
constitution is made up such that when pins 19 are
atached to retainers 18 which have springs 17
interposed, lt becomes the working position to the cams
15, 15 by protruding from their frames 4, lt will be
their sidetracking positions by removing the pins 19 and
being stopped by rings 20. By doing so, by just the
procedures of protruding the stoppets 16, 16‘ to the
