Topic: Study Credit Card Fraud As An Identity Threat.

1.0 Aim/Benefits of the Micro-Project:

The Micro Project aims at :-


1. To get knowledge about the credit card fraud happening now-a-days.
2. To study overall credit card fraud and its effects .
3. It provides huge information about the companies gone through this fraud .
4. It provides a platform to understand how this fraud’s can be prevented.
5. It gives brief knowledge about the recent year frauds took place.

The Micro Project benefits us as:-


1. This will help to get knowledge about the emerging trends that would be applied to
prevent fraud.
2. This micro project will make you realize that how one should be aware of credit card
frauds.
3. This will prevent the further crimes to take place, by giving the prerequisite knowledge.
4. We came across various company loses due to digital crimes.
5. It gives an importance about how one should be educated/aware about such crimes.

2.0 Intended Course Outcomes:

The Course outcomes addressed are:


a. Describe Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and deep learning.
b. Interpret IOT concepts.
c. Compare Models of Digital Forensic Investigation.
d. Describe Ethical Hacking process.
e. Detect Network, Operating System and applications Vulnerabilities.

3.0 Proposed Methodology:

1. To make the list of the tasks to be done.


2. Then after collect relevant data from different resources (books/internet/experts).
3. Analyze the collected data and generate useful information from it.
4. Present generated information and work on it.
5. Distribute the work accordingly to the team mates (as per their ability and choice).
6. Submit the project in time
