Industrial and Organisational Psychology as a career Assignment. The students are expected to explore the field of I/O Psychology by identifying and interacting with Industrial/Organisational Psychologists. Through the interview, they would understand how Industrial and Organisational Psychologists function in the field and develop an understanding of the ground realities that such professionals encounter in the Indian context. The interview would be video/audio-recorded with the consent of the interviewee for further perusal by the course professor.
Some points to bear in mind before considering providing consent -
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw at any time without giving any reason and without there being any negative consequences. Additionally, I have the right to decline to answer any question or to end the interview at any point in time. I understand that I will not receive any remuneration for participating in this interview. I understand that the interviewer will identify me by name in her academic report, include my work profile in the report, use quotations by me in the report and use information obtained from this interview to build a review of literature. I agree for this interview to be recorded. I understand that the video/audio recording made of this interview will be used only for analysis to write an academic report. I understand that no other use will be made of the recording without my written permission, and that no one apart from the interviewer and the professor will be allowed access to the original recording. I confirm that I have read and understood the explanation provided to me. I confirm that I have been given a e-copy of the consent form.
