It is submitted that this institute is in receipt of a letter from The Director, Jagjivan Ram Railway
Protection Force Academy, Lucknow ( vide Letter No.RPF-A/E-26/ASC(P)/49th Batch/2019 dated
26th December 2020) and requested Director/NISA to kindly arrange Online Training on Disaster
Management to 04 IRPFS (probationers) from 16.12.2020 to 18.12.2020 (03 days). It is also
requested to share necessary link for online training to be shared in the official
email- directorjrrpfacademy@gmail.com after the confirmation of the training programme.
03. As per the MHA letter, course fee is collected towards inauguration, valediction,
honorarium to guest faculty, transportation, educational material, group photo, certificates, banners,
videography etc. DM Cell, FSTI/NISA was requested to conduct Online Training on Disaster
Management to 04 IRPFS (probationers) first time and there are no guidelines available till date for
collecting course fee for online courses. Neither we are providing any study material nor the
facilities are being used by the participants except the lecture.
04. Hence it is requested that Adm approval may please be accorded to conduct Online Training
on Disaster Management to 04 IRPFS (probationers) from 16.12.2020 to 18.12.2020 (03 days)
along with necessary instructions whether to collect the course fee or not please.
05. Submitted for your kind perusal and approval for conducting Online Training on Disaster
Management as mentioned above and to give necessary instructions/directions towards collection
of course fee please.

2. Purpose of collecting trainng charges is to utilize the amount towards inauguration, valediction,
honorarium to guest faculty, transportation, educational material, group photo, certificates, banners,
videography etc. but we are not provding any of the above resources hence it requested that
necessary directions may please be given ,weather to collect training charges or not.
