I hereby offer to buy from COLINAS VERDES RESIDENTIAL ESTATES-BULACAN, owned by Araneta Properties,

I am depositing herewith the sum of _______________________(P_________) as reservation money for the above-
mentioned lot. The balance of the downpayment shall be paid by me as scheduled above by issuing crossed checks
and/or post-dated checks (“PDCs”) payable to ARANETA PROPERTIES, INC. (ARA) through ARA Head Office or
accredited/licensed brokers. Upon full payment thereof, the required Contract to Sell which is available for
examination, shall be executed and signed by me.

It is understood and agreed that this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. ANY
TRANSFER MADE BY ME SHALL BE VOID AND SHALL BE CAUSE FOR THE CANCELLATION of the reservation
and the forfeiture of my reservation money and my other payments.

I hereby certify that I have personally inspected the lot subject of this reservation and I have found the same to be
satisfactory.

Further, ARA shall have the right to automatically cancel my reservation without further notice and forfeit as liquidated
damages my reservation fee and whatever payments have made in the event of any of the following:

1. Failure on my part to pay any installment on the down payment as stated above;

2. Failure on my part to sign and deliver the prescribed Contract to Sell WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS from date
of my full down payment.

3. Withdrawal on my part from this agreement for any reason whatsoever.

I am also aware that my monthly amortization on the lot I am purchasing shall immediately commence WITHOUT
FURTHER NOTICE 30 days from FDP DATE indicated in this Reservation Application.

In the event the above subject lot is found to be unavailable for sale to me due to a prior sale commitment or
transaction to or with another party, the same having been offered to me by mistake or inadvertence, I agree to have
the subject lot exchanged with lot of equal area or value, or to the cancellation of the reservation agreement subject to

the reimbursement of all payments previously made by me by reason of this reservation.

Any provision to the contrary notwithstanding, I hereby agree and acknowledge that ARA has the right to cancel and
rescind this reservation for any cause whatsoever at any time before issuance of my Contract to Sell by giving written
notice of its intention to do so and refunding to me all payments made by virtue hereof.

I hereby further understand that any REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE to me by the agent handling this sale
not embodied herein shall not be binding on the company unless expressed into writing and confirmed by the
President of the Vice-President of ARA and this contract shall not be considered as changed, modified, altered or in
any way amended by acts of tolerance of ARA unless such changes, modifications, or amendments are made in
writing and signed by the aforementioned officers. Only duly authorized officers of the company are allowed to make
commitments for and in behalf of ARA.

This contract states the entire agreement of both parties hereto and any stipulation, representation, agreements or
promises, oral or otherwise not contained in this reservation or incorporated herein by reference shall not bind ARA.

NOTE: This reservation application is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to final approval by the landowner
and/or developer. Your money will be refunded if not approved. Moreover, this reservation is not valid unless the
required reservation fee is paid. Payments should be made directly to the cashier of ARA and any payment will only be
honored if actually received by the cashier of ARA. Buyers are instructed to demand for the proper receipt whenever
making payment.

A penalty are of 2% per month shall be charged on any delayed payment
