RESERVATION AGREEMENT

I/we _______________________________________ manifest my/our intention to

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.

Furthermore, I/we request that the property be reserved for my/our purchase at the contract price of PESOS:

indicated in the attached Annex A.

non-refundable Reservation Fee.

I/ we understand and agree that my/our reservation for the Property is subject to the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The reservation for the Property specified above is good only for a period of 30 calendar days from my/our payment
of Reservation Fee or up to ___________________ (the “Reservation Period”).

2. Should I/we decide to continue with my/our purchase, I/we shall execute a Contract to Sell or a Deed of Absolute
Sale on or before the end of the Reservation Period.

3. Should I/we fail to pay the balance (Contract Price less reservation fee) on the due date therein stipulated and
execute a Contract to Sell/Deed of Absolute Sale, I/we agree that my/our reservation shall lapse and my/our
Reservation Fee shall be forfeited in favor of the Seller.

4. Only payments from me/us made to the Seller and accepted by its duly authorized representative shall be valid.
Payments given to a broker for transmittal or safekeeping shall only be recognized upon receipt by the Seller’s
authorized representative.

5. Any and all rights under this Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by me/us to any third party without the
Seller’s prior written consent.

6. In the event I/we proceed with my/our purchase of the Property, all taxes (except for Capital Gains Tax) and fees
necessary to transfer its title in my/our name including but not limited to documentary stamp tax, transfer tax,
registration fees, notarial fees, processing fees and other similar fees shall be for my/our account. Payment shall
be made based on the Seller’s preliminary computation of the mentioned fees, taxes, charges, coincidental with the
signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale.

I/we signify my/our conformity to the foregoing and certify that all information provided herein is true and correct.
