EARNEST MONEY RECEIPT AGREEMENT

applied as partial payment of the purchase price of a parcel of land known and registered in the name of

MAGDALENA RAPER TUAZON and JEVLIN RAPER TUAZON.

Located at Block 8 Lot 32 containing an area of 180 sqm. more or less and registered under TCT NO. 005-
2016001769 of the Registry of Deeds of Las Pinas, which on this date, we have agreed to sell unto
______________________________________ for the total price of FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P________________________).

1. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid as follows:

b. Balance of _________________________ in cash upon execution of DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE in favor of the BUYER.
2. Commission, Realty Tax including all other utility bills and Association Dues against the property
up to the date of the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE shall be for the account of the SELLER.
3. Capital gains tax, Documentary Stamp Tax and Transfer Tax shall be for the account of the
BUYER. Expenses for the transfer of Title in the name of the BUYER shall also be for the account
of the BUYER.
