    We are writing this letter of intent to signify our great interest to lease in your commercial
    establishment.

    FRANKS N’ BURGER has been in the market since 1989 serving delicious and affordable burger
    and sausages that everyone can enjoy and afford. We have different stalls and branches
    nationwide and most of the establishments where our stalls reside normally benefit from our
    market as well as it invites foot traffic and customers.

    We believe that our FRANKS N’ BURGER with our best tasting Original Siomai can be perfectly
    situated in your area. It will add up to the foot traffic in your commercial establishment and
    definitely increase your sales as well. You can see in the next page our sample set up and cart as
    well as our menu.

    As for the requirements our first and foremost request is to have it situated on the ground floor
    of more or less 10-30 sqm but we can adjust on the size depending on the availability.

    We hope you can consider us not just your lessee but as one of your partners in helping you
