July 31, 1984 inserted in the gazette no. 11502 dated Aug. 25, 1984.

Conditions:
A- The husband empowered the wife to cancel marriage formula in case the marital life would not be tolerable for her.
B- The spouses may be responsible for this marriage and the administrator would not be responsible in this regard.
Description of Edeh: The period during which a woman whose matrimonial bonds have been dissolved cannot marry to
another man.
1- The woman without having sexual intercourse, a woman in her menopause period, and a minor woman has no edeh.
2- The period of Edeh is three cleanings (menstruation) after divorce and two cleanings after expiration and donating
duration of marriage.
3- In case of pregnancy, Edeh will last until child birth.
4- The Edeh period of the woman whose husband has passed away is 4 months and 10 days.
This deed shall be valid as of May 29, 2003 through May 29, 2004 and after that would not be valid.
