SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTLIST OF ALL COLLECTIVE CERTIFICATE

OF LAND OWNERSHIP AWARD (CCLOA) THAT WERE
SUBDIVIDED/PARCELIZED UNDER THE FOREIGN ASSISTED
PROJECTS (FAPS)

In line with the Project Support to Parcelization of Land for Individual Tilting, you are
directed to submit the support list of all CCLOA that were subdivided/parcelized under the
Foreign Assisted Projects under the following donors:

 INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRARIAN DEVELOPMENT (IFAD)

 JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOP AGENCY (JICA)
 ITALIAN ASSITANCE TO THE ARC DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
(IARCDSP)

Submit the support list in Excel format (see attached template) in soft copy and hardcopy
duly certified and signed by The National Project Director and Project Managers, the said
Excel format will help us to monitor all parcelized accomplished CCLOA and on-going
parcelization of CCLOA projects under FAPSO.
