Good Day!

I am Daniel Florence P. Equibal, Senior High School Teacher I of Yating National High School, teaching
empowerment technology and other subject: Illustration 9 and 10. I was permanently employed at
yating National high as an Administrative Assistant II last April 3, 2017 until I was hired as a Senior High
School Teacher I in the same school in January 11, 2019.
I would like to apply for transfer in a nearer school in the Division of Capiz preferably in Ivisan National
High School, Ivisan, Capiz as Junior High School Teacher major in ICT. I believe that my teaching
experience for almost two (2) years, classroom management, communication skills, personal and
professional relationship hone myself as an efficient and effective Senior High School Teacher.

I am applying for transfer for the following reasons:

 I have worked and served Yating National High School for four (4) years and four (4) month.
 I have a history of motorcycle accident in yating, last April 2019, until now I have to attend a
rehab medication for my lower back fracture at Emmanuel hospital.
 My residence which is Milibili, Roxas City, Capiz is far from my station Yating National High
School, Pilar, Capiz.
 That commuting from my place to Yating and vise -versa, which is almost 2 hours travel, is too
risky especially during rainy season.
 My transfer to a nearer school will mean saving on my part and more quality time to my work.

I am hoping for a positive response to this letter of intent.
