FLASH CABLE FOR LCR/LCR-II CPU BOARD

This cable is most commonly used for re-programming (flashing) an LCR/LCRII CPU board or for connecting a Lap Pad directly to the
board inside the register head. It can also be used for linking the register to a laptop PC running the LCRHOST program.
The easiest way to build this cable is by purchasing a 6ft. serial DB9/DB9 female to male cable at your local computer
store and cut-off the male end. Then use an ohmeter to find out which cables are terminals 2, 3, 4, 5 & 8 on the female connector and
wire them into the teminal block as indicated on the table below. The terminal block can either be purchased from Liquid Controls
or removed from an unused board.
