Introduction

The event we have organized is a themed photoshoot. Considering that Christmas holidays
are around the corner, the photoshoot had as main theme the winter holidays.
The main goal of this event consist in supporting our colleague, a photographer in the
realization of her artistic portfolio. Another important objective was to attract as many
colleagues and friends as possible, in order to celebrate together the magic of winter holidays.
The main stages of the project included:
- The brainstorming session in which each team member came up with ideas regarding
the theme and location of the event
- The drafting of the document that contained all the information regarding the
organizational indications and the stylistic ones
The purpose of this event was to allow each member of the group to express their creativity
and obtain qualitative creative material that can be further published.

2. Presentation of the event

The theme of the event is realizing a Christmas related photoshoot. The location was
Adriana’s house, one of our friends, that has been arranged into a beautiful scenery in
accordance with the selected theme of the event.
The photoshoot took place on 30th November and a number of almost 10 people took
part. After the publication of the photoshoot, the photos can be seen by all the audience
represented by the people who will be part of the community created on social media.
