This agreement entered into as of the ____ day of ______________, 202__, by and between Mr./Mrs.
___________________________________, located at _______________________________ and
___________________________________, located at ___________________________________.

Each Seller and Buyer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as
the “Parties”.

1. Sales of Goods. Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase the following items in the
following quantities and the prices (the “Goods”):

2. Purchase Price. Buyer will pay to Seller for the Goods and for all obligations specified in this
Agreement, if any, as the full and complete price, the sum of ____________________________.
3. Payment. Buyer shall give 50% of the complete price upon order of the Goods, and the full
payment after the installation and NO CANCELLATION.
4. Amendments. No amendments to this Agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and
signed by both Parties.
5. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between both Parties and
supersedes and cancels all prior agreements of the Parties, whether oral or written, with respect
to such subject matter.
