1- Plan your day.

Piece of paper divided, today’s schedule / things to remember.

Time stamp your schedule, the things on your remember list go to a
calendar.
Each morning or night pick things to schedule off the calendar.
Don’t try to cramb too much stuff but it will help you to see how many
time you have free and give you a sense of when the deadlines are coming
and when to start your homework.
2- Avoid procrastination
a) keep a progress journal: Every night or morning write what work are
you going to get done, at the end of the day write if you completed all of
the work incase you miss some work write a short explanation as to why
that happened.
b) feed the machine: Drink water, don’t drink too much coffee, eat healthy
food, don’t skip meals.
c) make an event out of the worst tasks: Go to a new location with no tv or
internet so you don’t have any choice but to start the task.
d) build a routine: Try to find an hour each day to do work for certain
class, keep the same hours for the same classes, make it a good habit.
e) choose your hard days: pick ahead the days when you know you are
going to have deadlines or exams coming in and grind the day out, this
could mean spending the whole day studying. Try to schedule relaxing
activities right after. When you plan those hard days in advance you avoid
having two of those in a row.
