A Note from The President-T.E Markets

Greetings to our esteemed members,

Over the last thirteen months our clients have contributed enormously to the growth and
strength of T.E Markets and its subsidiary companies.

Your endorsement of T.E Markets, its products and myself in my personal capacity is
priceless.

The business has evolved for the good and we have now come to the point where the
ACEX, African Consolidated Exchange and the XTEM have become the core business of
T.E Markets Ltd. This however is not to say that our very own Top Earners Market and Top
Earners Africa have been wiped off, no. Rather it is to state that the two have now been
absorbed into ACEX as just Liquidity Pools. In preparation of this, Any activities on Top
Earners Markets and Africa will be suspended from 24/10/2021 midnight EAT, to resume
when we finalize on migrating them onto ACEX. The rewards are far better for our
members and the business as a whole in the long term as you will find out soon.
Needless to say, the potential for all other business units operating around the ACEX is
greater.

This new development calls for a “hands-on” board of management to be constituted in

line with the strategic intent of the overall business model of the ACEX and XTEM
projects.

Therefore, we will be adopting the North American business (top leadership) structure
whereby I will be running T.E Markets Ltd as the President and Dr Jane Kamau as the Vice
President. The other board members are Mr.Barry Blackman, Mr. “FX Charles”, Rev Asare,
Mr. Peter Mucheru, Mr. Daniel Mulondo, Mrs. Beatrice Ndung’u and Ms. Joyce Nganga.

Each business unit will run with its own mini-board: CEO and a management team to
support the T.E Markets overall objective.

I would like to invite you to be part of this business by becoming a merchant or an

Introducing Broker(IB) - targeting either retail or Institutional Investors (Liquidity
Providers) in your region and beyond.

There are many advantages to being a merchant but just to mention one, you could
make money carrying out transactions of all the clients on ACEX that would want to
change XtemCoin to FIAT and vice versa. Soon we will call for a zoom meeting for all that
are interested in this. Kindly turn up to understand the rest of the advantages.

to Be Launched SOON!
We are excited to announce that ACEX (African Consolidated Exchange) will be
launched sooner than you may think. ACEX, which is Africa’s First Consolidated
Exchange, is a one-stop-shop where all tradable instruments will be traded. The
first phase of the development of the platform is out. We are now at a stage
where developers are working on the final touches and soon, the platform will
be ready. ACEX will then be rolled out in phases starting with Crypto then Forex.
‘This exchange is unique to us and there isn’t anything like it in the market. It’s
custom to our business and is here to serve our community base’ said Mr. Ian

turn-out was mind-blowing! Over 150 traders and networkers availed themselves to be

part of the people re-writing the African story.
