There are some sustainable practices that can be adopted in health tourism
businesses. The first is enhance procedure in businesses. These procedures require skilled
physicians to operate successfully. This is because to maintain the operation of the
businesses and make it more improvement of the procedure. Enhance procedure include the
breast augmentation surgery, facelifts, liposuction, and cosmetic dental work. this is to attract
more customer or patient come to our businesses.

Second sustainable practices that can be adopted in health tourism businesses is

improve alternative medicine. Alternative medicine means any practice of healing which does
not fall within the realm of conventional medicine. Often known as complementary or
integrative medicine, which comprises numerous therapies such as acupuncture,
anthroposophic medicine, ayurveda, chiropractic, and herbalism. alternative medical services
can be utilized under the term of healthcare and wellness tourism and cannot be determined
as medical tourism activities, because alternative medical professionals do not need to be
qualified as physicians in order to practice.

Next, enhance environmentally responsibilities in the businesses. It means heeding

the effect that medical tourism has on the environmental attractions surrounding. This means
establishing a medical tourism sector that adheres to the corresponding ecological legislation,
ensuring that workers dispose of medical waste in compliance with strict regulations and
environmental attraction safety policies. Therefore, it is vital to respect the environment in
order to strengthen the triple bottom line, such as the environment, social and economic which
in turn, will help the medical facility to be maintained for the next generation.

the strategy of the business to make the market more competitive. Business needs a healthy,
