MOTION TO DISMISS BASED ON QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE

Respondents unto this Honorable office, respectfully allege that:

1. Complainant and the respondents have mutually and voluntarily settled

the above entitled case to the entire satisfaction of each other;

2. Complainant voluntarily execute the attached Quitclaim and Release;

3. By the execution of the said Quitclaim and Release, the complainant no

longer have a cause of action against the Respondents;

WHEREFORE, premises considered the Respondents respectfully pray that

the Complainant’s Complaint against the Respondents be dismissed.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
