They convert light energy to an electrical signal output. Light sensors have several uses in

Tilt Sensor
-tilt sensor, or tilt switch, is a device used for measuring the tilt of an object in multiple axes
with reference to an absolute level plane

1. measures the steepness of a ski slope
2. measures the angle where a satellite will be facing
Touch Sensor
-sensor that is capable enough of capturing and recording the physical. This type of sensor
very common today and it's applied in most of IoT devices

1. touchpad in laptops
2. screen of a smartphone

UltraSonic Sensor
-An ultrasonic sensor is an instrument that measures the distance to an object using
ultrasonic sound waves. It uses a transducer to send and receive ultrasonic pulses that relay
back information about an object’s proximity.
