The Bullies version 1

Act 1

The scene opens with a moving shot of mikey (the main character) sitting in front of
a computer playing video games. This will then be followed with a close up of
mikey's headset with muffled ‘gaming noises’ coming from the headset. You will then
be introduced to an older sister Charlotte who will pass Mikey's room glancing
through on her way by. The shot will then switch back to Mikey who is still playing
away. She will then walk back into the room and ask him to 'stop being lazy and tidy
your room'. To which he ignores and carries on playing. Shots will be interchanging
between him playing and her trying to talk to him, muted with only gaming noises
heard. The location then changes to outside where you have another character
introduced. Samuel, a younger brother of Mikey and Charlotte, is seen in multiple
shots of him running home with a voice-over of a confrontation he had from bullies at
school. The shot then changes back to Mikey and Charlotte having a conversation
when Samuel comes running in the door and runs to his bed, slamming all doors
behind him. Shot goes back to Mikey and Charlotte with Mikey then saying 'I'll sort
him' and he follows Samuel upstairs. ACT 1 DONE

Act 2

The scene begins with Mikey and Samuel walking back from school, both of them
being really engrossed into Mikey's phone. Samuel glances up (close-up of face) and
notices the bullies are ahead of them. Samuel frantically tries to get Mikey's attention
who is still absorbed into his phone. Mikey then looks up and sees that they are
ahead of them. Mikey looks between Samuel and them for a few shots and then
turns to him and says 'go home Samuel I'll be there in a few minutes and tell mum
that I forgot to get something'. Samuel goes running off but in a different way to avoid
bumping into them. Sharpe cut goes back to Mikeys face who has now put his phone
away and is following the bullies home. Shots switch between Mikey walking slowly
and hiding to avoid being seen. The camera then has a wide angle of the bullies
going into a house to watch them; it takes a photo of the house and walks away.
ACT 2 ENDED
