RATIONALE
College Student Council (CSC) is designed to serve and supply social interaction needs of every

mentally, CSC have come up on the idea where they can provide something that could help
every student overcome their depression in this time of pandemic. Also to inspire students in
advocating socio-economic contributions despite the hindrances we are facing with this Covid-
19.
CSC enters a phase of idea formulation as one way to help students overcome depression
through conducting a “Christmas Color Fun Run”.
This coming December, Oas Community College (OCC) will be running the show. And as value
adding to make the activity memorable and effective as depression killer, the CSC has decided to
reward the first three (3) runners to cross the finish line with awards and seven (7) consolation
prizes. This Christmas Color Fun Run is a way to encourage participants to live a healthy
lifestyle outside of the one-day event. Zumba Dance will also be spearheaded after the awarding
of certificates of participation.
Outsiders will also be invited to participate in the same activity, according to the Student Council
