I am a student of Elizabeth International Hotel & Business School taking Food & Beverage
Service Major of 1-Year Program, and would like to apply for a trainee position in Food &
Beverage Service Department with The Udaya Resort & Spa.
During my time at Elizabeth International Hotel & Business School, I have learned skills
and knowledge related to Food & Beverage Service, such as basic table set up, fold
napkin, service the guest, and others that might be useful to be applied in hospitality
industry. I wish to bring my service skills and commitment to your company. In addition,
my school has prepared me with another soft and hard skills beyond department that I am
taking, such as leadership and entrepreneur skills that I have obtained through
regular classes and even workshops.
During my free time, i studied and recognized the types of table set ups as well as various
folding napkins and how to treat guests well from the arrival to the guests departure.I
very much enjoy collaborating with a team of people with similar interests and working
towards shared goals. I am also improving my English skills by attending weekly afternoon
