Responsible for handling recruitment matters starting from departmental requisition to
final engagement of the staff, job includes advertising the post, short listing, conducting interviews, issuing appointment letters, verification of document, and verification of previous employment. Responsible for managing probation, confirmation, and extension of corporate employees and drafting employment contracts, extension letters, confirmation letters account opening requests. Responsible for maintaining employees’ personal files. Responsible for compensation benefits related affairs to the extent of, bonus, monthly salary, annual performance appraisals, leave encashment, health insurance. Responsible for managing the process of separation from employment, which includes exit interview, clearance procedures and final settlements. Responsible for designing JDs and Job specifications on annual basis with the coordination of concerned head of departments. Preparing experience letters, NOCs, verification letters on employees request or need.
