Dear Sir,

As per the decision of FGMO Committee, we sent you the required settings in accordance with the
guideline of Electricity Grid Code-2019 (vide above mentioned reference) in order to activate FGMO in
your plant. Later on you requested for three weeks time to activate your plant in a meeting with BPDB
and PGCB. The three weeks time has so far been over.

Therefore, we are again requesting you to activate your plant as per the settings/ guidelines sent and do
the needful for a FGMO response test.
