To complete your return:

1. Print your delivery label

In order to continue with your return, you will need to print your delivery label. If you're not able to print right now, you
can still view your label and save it to your device to be printed later. Alternatively, you can exchange your items in
store.*

2. Preparing your returns package

Ensure your returned items are in their original packaging and that your returns form is inside your package. Fix your
delivery label to the outside of the package, ensuring it covers your address.

3. Post it back to us
Drop off your package at a Hermes location near you. Once it ships, use the link in your postage confirmation email to
track its progress. Please note your delivery label will expire 10 calendar days after it has been created.
