    In order to process a return, a label will have to be printed. Alternatively, you can exchange your item/s in store.
    T&Cs apply.

    2. Preparing your returns package


    Place your item(s) in their original packaging and make sure your returns form is inside. Attach the shipping label to the
    outside of the package, ensuring to cover your own address.

    3. Ship it back to us
    Drop off your package at a PostNord Service Point location near you. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation
    email to track its progress..
