1. Introduction
Traffic & Co-ordination NOC Application for Licensed Architect document introduces about the steps to be
followed for applying the Traffic & Co-ordination NOC application.
2. After login, the Architect Console appears. It includes Project Action and Applications buttons as
highlighted in Figure 2. User can select their Department for Proposal from the dropdown list and
can check their status in tabular form.
6. Now the proposal is present in the Draft stage of Street Light Remarks. To select the proposal:
(i) Go to the architect’s console; click the number (4 - Number can vary) in Street Light
Remark’s row as shown in Figure 5.
Note: Here, 4 represents the number of proposals present in Street Light Remark’s Draft stage.
5. Application Summary
7. After selecting the proposal, following window appears which contains Proposal Summary,
Application Summary and Application Progress. The window also consists of five tabs on the left
hand side.
The information under green colored tab (Common Application tab) is already filled while creating
the project. This tab is un-editable.
7. Document Checklist
9. Under the Document Checklist tab, click the Attach Here icon as shown in Figure 9. Click Select Files
to attach the file and Submit it.
8. Additional Documents
10. Click the Additional Document tab to add any additional documents.
Now, there are three tabs available to upload the additional documents:
• Documents (Current Permission)
• Documents (Current Stage)
• Documents (Project)
To add the additional documents:
(i) Click ADD button.
(ii) First, click check box.
(iii) Write the name of the additional document. (E.g. Traffic & Co-ordination Document sheet)
(iv) Select the Stage.
(v) Click Save As Draft button.
(vi) Attach the document in Attachments column.
(vii) Click Submit button.
9. Online Payments
11. To make the online payment, click Demand Note label in Proposal Summary section. It redirects to
the another window which consists of the Total Amount to be paid and the Pay Now option. Now,
click Pay Now button to make the online payments.
If user is submitting the application without making the payments, the file will move to the Due
Payment stage.
