INTRODUCTION OF PASTA
Pasta is Italian food. Pasta is a type of food typically made from an unleavened
dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other
shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. Rice flour or legumes such as beans or
lentils, are sometimes used in place of wheat flour to yield a different taste and
texture. Pasta is a staple food of Italian cuisine. It comes with many shapes of pasta
which is known too many as spaghetti. The shapes looks like thin strips,tubes or
shells. And pasta has a lot of shape for example, fusilli, linguine, macaroni, cellentani
and so on. The main ingredients to do all the pasta is durum wheat flour and we
even need ingredients generally used in water, and sometimes we use eggs. Pasta
also is divided into two broad categories which is dried (pasta secca) and fresh (pasta
fresca). Most dried in an produced commercially an extrusion process, although it
can be produced at home. Fresh pasta is traditionally produced by hand, but
sometimes with the aid of simple machines.

In addition, the characteristic of granoro pasta is its smell, thickness, intense yellow
color, delicate flavor , elasticity and consistency after cooking even after many hours.
The texture has the same. These characteristic are typical of the finest pasta are
summarised by the concept of pasta is al dante. Besides that, we used pasta to
replace rice with pasta for Malaysians. It is good to maintain a diet also it is one of
the basic food groups in a healthy diet. Pasta also can be included vegetables, fruits,
and poultry. They can help with a stomach problems and may help lower cholesterol.
Pasta is popular all over the place because it is cheap, versatile, and convenient.
Pasta is also relatively easy to mass-produce and transport around the world, making
it a popular product with food companies as well.
