us with statistics in diverse fields in popular and our specialization in particular; specifically
what we want to grasp in our activity career. Therefore, without training we won't continue to
exist well nor have a respectable profession.

A critical situation the world has confronted, a deadly disease is spreading very rapid
nearly in each country leaving hundreds of thousands inflamed and masses of lots dead. The
entire factors of lifestyles had been affected, health, economy, travel, manufacturing, exchange
and education is no exception. Across the globe, the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought
tremendous demanding situations on people and societies. As a part of this, teachers have
confronted massive stressors when it comes to their work. The pandemic required a completely
unexpected shift to faraway learning, and teachers have been known as upon to guide students’
educational improvement and well being in the course of this shift, at the same time as
additionally navigating adversity and strain of their very own lives.

March 2020 will forever be known within the education community as the month when
the majority the world's schools shut their doors”. Teachers literally responded overnight to show
in new modalities. they need filmed themselves conducting experiments, hosted zoom show,
prepared materials for students with variable Internet access, and even demonstrated concepts
outside students' screen doors.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most countries have implemented lockdown and social
distancing measures, which have resulted in the closure of schools, training institutes, and further
education facilities. Educators are delivering quality education through multiple online networks,
which is a paradigm change. Despite the problems faced by both educators and learners, online
learning, distanced learning, and continuing education have proven a remedy for this unexpected
worldwide pandemic. Adjusting from traditional face-to-face learning to online learning can be a
completely different experience for both learners and educators, which they must adjust to as
there are few or no other options. Through internet - based platforms, the school system and
educators have adopted "Education in Emergency," and are obliged to adopt a system for which
they are unprepared.
Amidst the pandemic's devastating effects, this worldwide calamity has provided an
unmatched opportunity for learning. We are learning about the adaptability and resilience of
educational systems, policymakers, teachers, students, and families. Teachers are particularly
vulnerable to stress-related disorders. Teachers' jobs are constantly changing, and they are
becoming more difficult in many ways than they were when learning was done solely in person.
Teachers' time allocation between teaching, engaging with students, and administrative
responsibilities has been re-calibrated as a result of the crisis. The pandemic has brought
attention to the need for additional flexibility and time for student-teacher engagement. Because
both learners and teachers have had the good opportunity of knowing and interacting with
educational technology tools such as mobile-based learning, computer-based learning, and web-
based learning, the hurdles to accessing online learning are decreasing.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between teachers teaching online
classes and the Covid – 19 pandemic

Specifically it sought to answer the following sub-question:

1.How effectively did teachers adapt to the change and what factors influenced
their adaptability?
2. What are the online teaching activities adopted by teachers due to the suspension
of classroom teaching due to the COVID – 19 pandemic?
3.What is the level of the teachers struggles of this trying times COVID?
