WHAT TO BRING WHEN FILING

1. The applicant’s emailed confirmation slip, a completed Application Form and


Index Card, and two (2) recent and similar 1×1 ID pictures (colored) with white
backgrounds and full name tags (indicate rank if PNP member, Last name,
Middle name and First name).
2. One (1) legal size window envelope
3. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and from
CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.
4. College/University Diploma
5. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics
Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil
Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.
6. For Patrolman/Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, a certified true copy
of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
7. One (1) Government Issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal,
Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc) Note: STRICTLY “NO ID, NO
PROCESSING.”
8.  All examinees must present a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE issued by a licensed
government physician from the Barangay/Municipal/City/Provincial Health Office,
or other government health monitoring center/office where the examinees reside,
at the designated area for the Medical Team. It must clearly state that he/she
is COVID-19 FREE.
Said medical certificate must be issued within 72 hours before the examination
day. Barangay Certificate, rapid test result and medical certificate from a private
physician WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How much is the examination fee?


Six Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00)

WARNING: REGISTERING TWICE OR MORE in the OLEASS by one and the


same person is strictly discouraged. Once proven that two or more names belong
to just one and the same person, he/she will be disqualified from taking the
examination.
Is there a height requirement prior to the test?
As long as applicants have a bachelor’s degree and not more than 30 years old,
there would be no height requirement for police exams. Furthermore, the above
exams are distinct from the general requirements for Patrolman/Patrolwoman
(Pat).
Note: It is only applicable when you apply for Patrolman/woman (Pat) Recruitment
Program and must abide the required qualification i.e 5’4 or 1.62m for male and 5’2 or
1.57m for female unless you secure a height waiver. Although there’s an approved bill
on lowering height requirements of PNP applicant but still it is pending for
implementation.
NOTIFICATION OF EXAMINATION
A qualified applicant shall be issued a Notice of Admission (NOA) on the day
he/she files his/her application and after completing the application process,
he/she will be required to proceed to the Examination Center (20  floor) to take

the exam.

WHAT TO WEAR ON THE DAY OF THE EXAMINATION
Applicant must wear Plain White Shirt, Dark Pants and Shoes.
Examinees who do not dress accordingly WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the
examination center.
NOTE: Each examination day will have a maximum of fifteen (15) examinees.
