reply, despite being assured that the first decision would be made within 60 days. This is
unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with the journal’s handling of my research.

Scenario 2:

This research article is an excerpt from thesis for my Ph.D. student who has worked on it for
almost three years and for Ph.D. graduation, she needs its acceptance. For this reason, we
would be grateful if you could speed up article review process

VII. A customer has received a package after 4 days of expected delivery date. Also, the package had a
faulty instrument. The customer is very angry and has raised a complaint. You promised to get back to a
customer within 24 hours. You don’t have a solution yet and the customer is frustrated! Write a
convincing e-mail to the customer with a possible solution. (5 marks)
