HR Head asks you to forward the scenario in written form. Keeping in view the given
scenario, write a short memo-report about the mentioned problems with some
recommendations.

Subject: Facilities provided to staff for recreation and refreshment are inadequate.

Respectfully, I need to center your consideration towards the fact that facilities provided to the
workforce for recreation and refreshment are not so proper and are also insufficient which
workforce has somber concerns about their facilities. That also has a great agreement of our
institute. The privation of recreational and refreshing facilities is a great deal of anxiety for
workforces. This also affects the workforces, which also affect the effort. This is incompatible
and inappropriate for institute.

We want entertainment and refreshing services to rise in our institute. This will also have a great
effect on employees’ character and they will start compensating more loyalty towards work that
will be most advantageous for the institute.

Recreation and refreshment is very essential for the workforces of any foundation so that the
employ can pay their fees, which can be the main entrepreneur of the organization.
