APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF THE RECOVERY SPECIALIST

1. I, the undersigned (the "Customer") hereby appoint PAYBACK LTD to provide advice
and investment management to Customer for the recovery of funds lost in various actions
involving the purchase of financial instruments as set out below (the "Recovery Account"). The
Company may make and implement decisions for the customer recovery account, at its
discretion, from time to time deemed necessary or desirable.
2. Without limiting the above grant of absolute discretion, the Company shall, in the
exercise of its powers, act in accordance with Customer's recovery objectives, which shall be
communicated to the operator in writing from time to time.
3. In performing its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, the Company
acknowledges that it will exercise the due diligence, competence and skills that may be
reasonably wait from a professional recovery specialist who is respectable, experienced and
competent.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of this document, Customer understands and agrees that
the Company will always comply with its judgment, in line with Customer's recovery
objectives communicated to the Recovery Specialist. Customer may modify its objectives from
time to time by giving the Company a written notice of the change requested and by receiving
recognition of such advice from the Company. The Company will not be liable for any
decisions made in the absence of such written advice. Customer agrees to notify the Company
of any applicable pickup restrictions for the recovery account. Although the Company will
pursue Customer's picking objectives with due diligence.
5. The Company undertakes to allocate the securities between its recovery accounts on the
basis of eligibility for that recovery account and allocate those securities equally between those
recovery accounts in accordance with the Company's equity policy.
6. The Company reserves the right to request from Customer personal information that is
not limited to financial documents relating to identity documents and access to all financial
data relating to the Customer.
7. Customer must attend all meetings and present themselves as requested by the Manager,
otherwise Customer may impede the process as Customer has all right to notice such delays
The Company will respect and adhere to the process accordingly.
