Q4. (i) Abhik files a suit against Bonny for recovery by his money lent to Bonny on a
promissory note. Bonny wishes to resist the suit. Draft a written statement on behalf of 'Bonny'.
(ii) Draft a bail application on behalf of the accused in the case of 307, Indian Penal Code. The
other co-accused has already been released on bail by the court.
Q5. (i) Seema is wife of Surender and is living separately because of sufficient reasons. Draft a
petition under Section 125 of CrPC .
(ii) 'Yash' was wrongfully detained by the police. His friend moves to the Supreme Court for a
writ of Habeas corpus. Draft the writ.
