A productive environment for me is when I get to learn new things from


each of my team members. I really like working with people who are
committed and ready to share their ideas big or small. Such kind of
environment is conducive and helps others as well to broaden their
perspective

People can get the best of me by giving me feedback

Natural strengths that I am a good listener and I like planning.

Patience.

 And what are your pitfalls?

Pitfalls: Being an introverted person, sometimes it gets difficult for me to


question people. And I am too critical of myself. I have difficulty
delegating.

Cannot improvise.

Giving feedback and appreciaiting/criticising on the opinions I have

Open communicaition, encourage difference in opinions, trust, collaboration, and have fun in the
process. my greatest joy is always when I get to work with different types of people,
exchanging ideas and building productive relationships.
