Question 1: Are you in favor of the decision of the court? Justify your answer

Answer 1: Yes, because they lacked sufficient merit. The court ruled that because only

three of the five respondents signed the compromise agreement, the non-signatories

could not be bound by it. This is because a compromise agreement is a contract, and

third parties who are not parties to it cannot be affected.

The compromise deal did not include any private responders. As a result, because the

criteria of party identification are not met, the judgment approving such an agreement

cannot have the impact of res judicata on them. A compromise agreement judgment

has the same force and effect as any other judgments therefore it is binding only on the

parties and their privies.

Question 2: How do labor disputes affect a tourism-oriented enterprise?

Answer 2: A labor dispute occurs when two parties in an organization, generally the

employer and the employee, disagree. Benefits, compensation, working conditions,

organizational procedures, and hours worked are frequently at the center of the conflict.

Work strikes or lockouts can result from labor conflicts. Thus, it will badly affect tourism-
oriented enterprise because it can hinder the operation and services since it involves

workers or employees.

Question 3: How can labor problems be avoided or prevented?

Answer 3: Individual disagreements and fights are also reduced when employees have

good working relationships. People adjust more and stop pointing out flaws in one

another. Individuals do not waste time on needless disagreements and disputes;

instead, they focus on their work and try to improve their performance. Therefore,

companies or managers must value their workers or employee in order for them to be

encourage and to do good in their jobs, it will also create a heathy working environment.

Question 4: In your opinion, are labor unions necessary in an enterprise?

Answer 4: Unions are vital because they help set standards for workers' education, skill

levels, pay, working conditions, and overall quality of life. Wages and benefits

negotiated by unions are often better than those bargained by non-union workers. State

and federal legislation provide much fewer safeguards than most union contracts.

Nevertheless, these labor unions can help create more innovation and development in a

certain company, helping it to aim goals and success.
