Guam’s Special Education

IDEA Part B FFY 2020-2025 State Performance Plan (SPP) and
FFY 2020 Annual Performance Report (APR)
The presentation will cover the Department’s Annual Performance Report (APR) indicator
measures and performance data for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021).
This year’s submission also begins a new 6-year State Performance Plan (SPP) cycle. We need
parent input in the examination and development of the performance targets for FFY 2020 –
FFY 2025 and improvement activities for implementing the requirements and purposes of the
Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA). With stakeholder input, the SPP and APR will be
submitted to USDOE Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) no later than February 1, 2022.
