Pre-lesson
Pupils are asked if they know about ancient Egypt.

1. Pupils watch ‘Ancient Egypt’ video

2. Pupils are asked a few questions based on the video to check

comprehension.

3. Each group is given a set of pictures. Based on the video pupils

must arrange the pictures in sequence starting the first one from the
left.

4. In pairs, pupils refer to textbook page 27 and ask the questions in

Activity 1.

Post-lesson
Pupils check the answers in page 118.

*Get pupils to prepare materials about ancient cultures in an out of Malaysia
