Came at Plant on 9:45 AM . Machine was not running . After waiting till Lunch , gone for lunch at 1:30
PM

When came back at 3:10 PM (Time taken due to unavailability of vehicle ) found paper running which
was reeled at approx 2:40 PM . found Scanner was running in Fixed limit mode tried to run in auto edge
detection mode but it was unable to run in auto edge detection mode . during checks again the paper
got broken and machine is stopped at 4:40 PM. Paper reeled at 6:30 PM and Process person didn’t
allowed to start the scanner simultaneously . after 30 minutes scanner is started. Again paper machine
stopped at 7:30 PM. Leave the site at 8:30 PM.

Came at Plant on 9:45 AM , Machine was not running . Paper reeled at 4:30 PM but the process person
didn’t allowed to run the scanner due to poor paper quality (Cut on center of deckle). Scanner started at
5:30 PM. Again paper got broken at 6:10 PM. Left the site at 7:30 PM.

28.6.21

Reached at site at 9:30 AM found scanner stopped , asked the person , they told that due to back end
problem they stopped the scanner. Machine stopped at around 10:10 AM. Leave the site at 9:00 PM.

29.6.21

Reached at site on 9:30 AM. Checked the QCS report , Paper was reeled at 2:30 AM . and broken at 4:56
AM . The QCS readings were found in range of 4-5 GSM and 1% Moisture. Corrections were done. Again
paper reeled at around 10:00 AM but the process person didn’t allowed to run the scanner due to poor
paper quality (Cut on center of deckle). So cross checking couldn’t be completed . Again Machine is
stopped around 10:40 AM. Left the site at 8:30 PM.

30.6.21

Paper reeled at 1:30 AM. Came at site at 4:00AM . Checked the QCS measurements found GSM readings
in 1.5 GSM range and Moisture readings in 0.8 % range with Laboratory readings. Again Paper Machine
is stopped around 6:10 AM. Gone back to hotel at 7:15 AM. Again came to site at 9:30 AM.
