cultivation of grapes in the New World, planted by Spanish
explorers in the sixteenth century. Now, over five-hundred years
later, Ocoa Bay is home to the first full service viticultural land in
the Caribbean.
Expansive vineyards, wine production facility, and tasting room
are nestled between the mountains and bay.
The Property
Two heliports receive guests traveling by air to the 457-acre
property, which includes 300 meters of beachfront.
Surrounded by National Preserve lands, the property reaches
from the mountains into the water, maintaining unimpeded
