external candidate is a person who expressed
an interest in a job, applied to a job, or is being
considered for a job and is currently not

 A candidate pool is a central location where
recruiters and hiring managers can put
candidates and manage candidate pools and
sourcing activities for either a job position that
they are currently recruiting for or a future job
position that they will potentially need to fill. A
candidate pool must have at least one owner.
If there are multiple owners, specify them
using the Candidate Pool Owner component. If
the pool is a talent community pool, you must
provide talent community pool parameters. A
talent community pool is autopopulated with
pool members based on the external candidate
