Now let’s take the same idea that was used in the first lesson but phrase it in
32nd notes, rather than triplets. This opens up more uses as we can play it at
different tempos.

There are a couple of one bar fill examples and a couple of 2-beat fill
examples – still using the same concept of three strokes on the first floor tom
(RLR).

Here the roll is featured twice with two paradiddle-diddle’s afterwards:

Now the roll is played twice leaving just the last beat to fill (you can change
this last beat to anything you want):

Now try these two-beat fill examples:

In this one we shift the pattern over by one 16th note:
