FOLLOWING SIX (06) ONLINE STEPS TO BE COMPLETED BY ELIGIBLE STUDENTS FOR

THEIR RE-REGISTRATION INTO 2ND, 4TH, 6TH, 8TH, AND 10TH SEMESTERS
EVEN SEMESTER, ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-2022

1. Students will verify the functional/active mobile numbers and e-mails via One Time
Password (OTP) of following:
a. Student
b. Father [Single Parent Option is also available for concerned students]
c. Mother [Single Parent Option is also available for concerned students]
d. Guardian [If the student has verified mobile number and e-mail of his/her Father
and Mother/ Single Parent, NO NEED to provide details of Guardian. Just click on
“Next”.]
OR
[If the student has clicked on “Check if deceased” for Father and Mother, student
has to verify mobile number and e-mail of Guardian. After completing verification,
click on “Next”.]
2. Online Submission of pre-filled Re-registration Form:
a. Re-check/Edit/Submit “Basic Information”
b. Re-check/Edit/Submit “Address”
c. Re-check/Edit/Submit “Bank Information” [for Security or Fee Refund]
3. Online acceptance of Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Student [One Time
Password (OTP) is not required to submit]
4. Online acceptance of Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Parent/Guardian
[One Time Password (OTP) is not required to submit]
5. Online acceptance of Undertaking by the student as well as Parent/Guardian at the
time of Re-registration [One Time Password is required to submit. Two separate OTPs
will be delivered on already verified mobile numbers as well as emails of students
and their parents/guardians]
6. Online acceptance of Undertaking of Re-registration Form [One Time Password is not
required to submit]

Dear International Students, please note: As the OTP doesn’t deliver on International
Mobile Numbers, therefore, for the International Students, all OTPs to verify your mobile
numbers as well as emails will be delivered on the emails of Student, Father, Mother and
Guardian respectively.
 DETAILED ONLINE RE-REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE STUDENTS
EVEN SEMESTER : ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-2022

1. Following details to be verified before proceeding to Online Re-registration Form:

Student will verify his/her own functional/active mobile number and e-mail
via One Time Password (OPT)

Online Check: If Student/Father/Mother/Guardian provides same mobile number in the

box of “Your Mobile No.” and “Your Alternative Contact No.”, a Popup message will appear
on the screen to provide different mobile numbers, and AMIZONE will not permit to proceed
on next online step.
Verify Father’s functional/active mobile number and e-mail via OTP
(Provision of Single Parent is available on this online page)
Verify Mother’s functional/active mobile number and e-mail via OTP
(Provision of Single Parent is available on this online page)
 Verify Guardian’s functional/active mobile number and e-mail via OTP

Online Check:

(i) If the student has verified mobile number and e-mail of his/her Father and Mother/
Single Parent, NO NEED to provide details of Guardian. Just click on “Next”.

OR

(ii) If the student has clicked on “Check if deceased” for Father and Mother, student has to
verify mobile number and e-mail of Guardian. After completing verification, click on
“Next”.
2. Online Re-registration Form:

Student has to verify his/her details of Re-registration Form which are visible here by default
from Registration Data. These details are divided into three parts as under:

(i) Basic Information

(ii) Address
(iii) Bank Information

Student can update/modify a few details of Re-registration Form.

3. Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Student:

For Online acceptance by marking TICK in Check Box. No OTP is required for its online
acceptance.
4. Anti-Ragging Affidavit/Undertaking by the Parent/Guardian:

For Online acceptance by marking TICK in Check Box. No OTP is required for its online
acceptance.
5. Master Undertaking by the student at the time of Re-registration:

For Online acceptance by marking TICK in Check Box by the Student as well as Parent. Two
OTPs, one on the mobile of student and another on the mobile of parent/guardian will
be delivered for its online acceptance. These two OTPs will be delivered on the already
verified mobile numbers of Student and Parents (Mother-Father)/Single Parent/Guardian
as entered in the First Online Step w.r.t. online verification of mobile numbers and e-mails
of Student, Father and Mother/Single Parent/Guardian.
6. Undertaking of Re-registration Form:

For Online acceptance by marking TICK in Check Box. No OTP is required for its online
acceptance.
7. Online confirmation of Re-registration by Amizone:
