PVAO SKYPE VALIDATION

In the relentless pursuit of PVAO to validate all pensioners, the agency is taking advantage of the use of
Skype as one of the many means of communications technology that will allow us to connect with our
pensioners from any location with the help of Internet.

Through the utilization of this technology, PVAO will be able to provide real-time, hands-on feedback
and cost-effective means of validating our pensioners. This mechanism will spare the veterans and their
surviving spouses from personally submitting their Pensioner’s Update Form (PUF) and monitoring their
respective entitlements from PVAO.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SAID VALIDATION?

1: Send your request for Skype Validation on our e-mail address: vrmd_skype2017@yahoo.com
2: Kindly provide us the following information:
 Name of Pensioner
 Present Address
 Date of Birth of Pensioner
 Name of Veteran
 Date of Birth of Veteran
 Date of Death of veteran
 Date of Marriage
 Type of Pension received from PVAO
 Valid Skype User Name / ID (not telephone or cellphone number)

3: Attached the scanned copy/ screen shot of any 2 valid government ID’s (preferably PVAO ID, AFP /
PNP ID, Passport, Senior Citizens Card, Driver’s License and with picture)

4: Upon receipt of information and e-copy / screen shot of the requirements, a confirmation e-mail will
be sent to the requesting party.

5: After the scheduled online interview, an e-mail will be sent stating that the requesting party was
successfully validated for this year.

REMINDERS:
 There Is No Need to Submit the Original Copies / Hard Copies of the Requirements
