AND ROLLING LINE :
我司采用新型四轮、水平浇铸连铸机和4+10连续轧制生
产工艺。可以生产Φ9.5，Φ12，Φ15毫米三种规格产
品。生产的产品类型有：1370电磁线，铝管、扁管用
1050/1060/1070/1100等产品。
The line adopts original 4-wheel planet continuous
casting machine and the technology of continuous
casting and rolling to produce aluminum round rod
with the diameter of 15, 12 and 9.5mm. The main
products are: 1370 electromagnetic wires,
1050/1060/1070/1100 for aluminum tubes and flat
tubes.

CASTING AND ROLLING LINE :
我司合金杆生产线采用新型四轮式水平浇铸连铸机和
4+10连续轧制生产工艺。生产￠9.5mm的铝合金杆 (铝
合 金 牌 号 为 导 电 圆 铝 杆1系 列 ， 铝 锰3系 列 ， 铝 镁 硅6系
列、8系列)。
The line adopts new type 4-wheel continuous casting
machine and the technology of continuous casting
and rolling, to produce aluminum alloy rod with the
diameter of 9.5mm, the alloy grades include the 1000
series of conductive round aluminum rod, 3000 series of
Al-Mn, 5000 series of Al-Mg, 6000 series of Al-Mg-Si, and
8000 series.
