设备特点 Structural Features

* 导纸方式采用风力吸附，保持高速状态下瓦楞楞型的稳定。

* It adopts wind adsorption for paper guiding to keep flute stability at high speed.
* 由风机通过真空箱将瓦楞纸吸附在中瓦楞辊 180 度范围内形成负压区，来完成瓦
楞的轧制。

* The flute paper is adsorbed to the middle flute roller to form a negative pressure zone
of 180°and then to finish flute rolling through vacuum box by fan.

* 下瓦楞辊吸风槽宽不超过 2 mm，可减免单面瓦楞纸板条纹痕迹。

* The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2 mm, able to
reduce the stripe mark on single- corrugated sheet.
* PLC 控制自动跟速调整胶量大小。人机界面触摸屏显示

效果，上胶辊表面经过特殊网纹刻花及镀铬处理

* Electric adjusting glue width ,convenient and fast. Adopts auto-cycle glue supply and
pneumatic control glue supply and return, making it be characterized by buffering effect ,
electric adjust glue width
* 传动部采用变频马达，万向节传动，隔离振动源，使传动更平稳，运行可靠，维
护性更高。

* The transmission part adopts frequency motor , universal joint transmission and
separates the vibration source, which makes the maintainability higher, the transmission
more stable and the operation more reliable.
* 减速箱采用浸油润滑，闭式齿轮传动，减少机器振动。

* The gear box adopts oil bath lubrication and closed gear transmission for vibration
reduction.
* 单面机选择蒸汽加热使用时，瓦纸配置喷雾装置，软化纸质，杜绝爆齿，确保瓦
纸利于成型，能提高纸板的平整度和生产速度。
* When it is in steam heating, the single facer configure with injection device to soften
the paper and avoid flute broken , ensure the good forming of corrugated paper，
improving the smoothness and production speed of paperboard.
