If the following ROE is violated, proper notice should be given to the side in
violation. Either a one break game end or three strike system.

Scouting
offense is allowed 1 person to scout the base and has 7 minutes. Please note that
if the defensive person stalls, waste time, or etc during scouting the offensive
scouter will have a an extension of 10 minutes to scout.
•1 Sniper
•1 Rocket, Hydra or Grenade Launcher
•1 Railgun or Spartan Laser
•1 shotgun, or a CQC weapon.
•1 saw
•1 turret (rocket or chain gun)
•1 Vehicle turret, must be balanced.

Rules

1 - Current holders of the base must make an active attempt to get back to the
base, this way it does not turn into a raid were everyone is outside the base and
the base is not in anyone’s contention.

2 - Spawn Rumbling is allowed (killing people at spawn with the spawn weapons).
Keeping defenders at spawn is an example. ( must be within fair use)

3 - Spawn killing is not allowed (when defenders use power weapons to kill players
as soon as they spawn).

4 - Angel jumps, warthog jumps, grenade jumps, buddy jumps are permitted.

5 - Contestation is a 2-4 ratio. Contestation points discussed during scouting.

6 - Attackers must have at least 4 vehicles at spawn. Unless discussed during

scouting.

7 - Attackers must have at least one power weapon at spawn. Unless discussed during
scouting.

8 - Weapons must have a reasonable amount of ammunition

9 -Allies are not allowed to assist in a raid or 4v4.

10 -Smurf accounts/alt accounted are not allowed in raid lobbies.

Restrictions

•No Req weapons

•No infinite grenade spawns
•No Infinite ammo
• No hidden teleporters or base entrances.
•Theater mode must be disabled.
•Spectator mode must be disabled
•No gauss turrets or gauss hogs allowed on either attacking or defending
•No bayonets, or knight blades.

Time Restrictions
- Raids are 1hr 5 min
- The attacking side will begin at the 5 minute mark (edited)
